I’m Harlan - if there’s music playing, I’m dancing. I’m bigger than most kids—part of being a hippo—but that makes me a target for bullies. My dad’s in prison for hurting me and my mom, and yeah, that left scars. But I’ve learned strength isn’t just about size, it’s about heart.  I have real friends, and they remind me every day that I’m not alone. They see the real me: a kind, powerful, and talented dancer, ready to stomp out the hate and move through life to my own beat.
